t is only possible to
have one payment method for your accounts with
Alliance IT & Business Solutions cc (e.g should
you elect to pay via debit order, then all your
accounts will use this single method of
payment.)

is via debit order. Our automated billing system
offers a convenient and secure debit order
facility.
Customers who
elect to pay annually via debit order will
receive a 13% discount on their annual hosting
fees.
Defaulting on Payment
If payment is not received
within a seven day period from date of invoice,
an email notification is sent as a reminder of
the outstanding payment. Alliance IT & Business
Solutions cc will give the customer a few more
days to settle the account. After which the
account will accrue interest at the prevailing
average bank over draft rates, with a minimum
interest rate charged of 10 %
Should payment
not be forthcoming, the hosting account will be
deactivated and the domain deleted.
Updating your Details
It is vitally important
that your details are kept up to date to ensure
receipt of invoices and notifications.
